What is the Property Search tool? The Property Search tool is the Assessor’s public-facing gateway to parcel information in Boulder County. It lets users: 

• Look up a property by address, owner, parcel number, subdivision name, or Section/Township/Range
• View ownership information and the Assessor’s value 
• See basic building characteristics 
• Explore survey, floodplain, zoning, and public land data 
• View detailed aerial imagery 
• Also allows for coordinate lookups, reports and mailing labels lists
